Your Lawn needs nourishment just like you. Absolute Lawn Pros’ lawn treatment program provides the essentials with eight applications of fertilizers and weed control.   Our products come in both granular and liquid form to give your lawn the full benefits of each product. After years of testing, we have found that dry granular formulas provide the best, most-even slow release of fertilizer, while liquid products provide the quickest weed control.  Each program is specific to your type of grass to give you a luscious lawn that your family can enjoy without worry.

Yearly Bermuda & Zoysia Programs

Early Spring

Our early-spring application is designed to give these warm-season grasses everything they need at the pre-emergent stage. Weed preventer is applied to kill off winter weed seeds so that to get your lawn gets the full benefit of spring weather.

Middle Spring

In middle spring, we apply a semi-slow-release fertilizer and another pre-emergent weed killer, followed by an application of post-emergent weed killers.

Late Spring

A balanced, slow-release fertilizer and weed killers are applied in late spring to promote healthy growth.

Early Summer

We apply a slow-release fertilizer in early summer to promote growth and color. We apply post-emergent weed killers as needed.

Middle Summer

Middle summer calls for an application of an iron-based fertilizer for a deeper green color and post-emergent weed controls.

Late Summer

In late summer, we apply our summer blend of slow-release fertilizer for a deep green color, and we spot kill new weeds.

Early Fall

In early fall, we begin preparation for winter with a fertilizer mix that promotes root growth and winter food storage. We also apply pre- and post-emergent weed controls.

Late Fall/Winter

Our late fall/early winter treatment is an application of limestone to balance yoursoil’s pH over the winter.

Yearly Fescue Programs

Early Spring

Our early spring program is your lawn’s gentle wake-up call. We apply fertilizer for early green-up, pre-emergent weed control for grassy weeds and post-emergent herbicide for broadleaf weed control.

Middle Spring

In middle spring, we apply a balanced, slow-release fertilizer to promote growth, and we repeat applications of pre-emergent weed control and post-emergent herbicide.

Late Spring

Late spring is time for a post-emergent weed control application for both grassy and broadleaf weeds plus a fertilizer for a green lawn.

Early Summer

In early summer, we apply a fertilizer designed to promote root and stem growth, and we spot treat new weeds.

Middle Summer

Middle summer calls for an application of an iron-based fertilizer for a deeper green color and post-emergent weed controls.

Late Summer

In late summer, we apply limestone to adjust soil conditions to promote the better use of fertilizers.

Early Fall

Our early fall application of a slow-release fertilizer promotes root growth and hardens the grass to make it less susceptible to drought, disease and discoloration. Slow-release fertilizer also promotes strong seed growth for newly seeded lawns.

Late Fall/Winter

Our late fall/early winter treatment is a heavy application of a very-slow-release fertilizer that promotes food storage for winter survival.

What does a lawn care service do?
Our lawn care service is a comprehensive package aimed to keep your lawn as beautiful as possible. We offer lawn maintenance, treatment, landscaping, and enhancement services. Lawn treatment services include weed control, fertilization, and limestone treatments. We even offer fungus treatments for an extra charge.
How often should you water your lawn when it's hot?
We recommend watering your lawn 2-3 times a week, however it depends entirely on the weather forecasts. It might be hot today, but we could be expecting rain tomorrow. If that’s the case, the grass likely doesn’t need watering. However, if you see a long stretch of heat with little to no precipitation, watering 2-3 times that week should help your lawn stay lush.
